I can’t stop eating sugar because it is so sweet and yummy! What should I do?
This comment is coming from one of my granddaughters. She is 5. It’s going to be harder for a 5 year old to keep their sugar content low, but it’s still important. If you are going to have sweet foods, try to have foods that contain only all natural sugars that are low on the glycemic index, such as fruits or foods sweetened with raw honey.
